Permanent residents of the Town of Morris and the RM of Morris may join the library free of charge with proof of residency.
Non-residents:
Family membership – $30. per year
Individual membership – $10. per year
Library card holders’ rights and responsibilities
You are responsible for all the materials borrowed on your card and for any charges on items that are overdue, lost or damaged. (See Loan Periods and Fines for details). Your library card provides access to licensed databases from outside the library. You may also look at our catalogue from home over the Internet.
Change of address or password
It is important for us to have your current information. If you change your address or other personal information, contact the library and we’ll update your record.
Parental/Guardian Responsibility
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for children’s reading and viewing, not the staff of the Valley Regional Library. Selection of materials for the adult collection is not restricted by the possibility that children may obtain, read or view such materials. The Valley Regional Library believes in the intellectual freedom of the individual and the right of parents and legal guardians to develop, interpret and enforce their own code of ethics upon their minor children.
